When creating The Birdhouse, we aimed to see if we could build a strong connection between the audience and the characters when restricted by a 10-minute runtime. Our story is driven more my character than plot or setting, with the ambition to use the viewer’s relationship with George and Lucy to make the ending more impactful.

Film Synopsis
We watch an old man unwittingly spend his last few days on Earth building a birdhouse with his grandchild before his sudden, violent and somewhat ironic demise.
